Correspondense Letter (Full Block, Semi Block and Block style)

Im going to show you 3 of correspondence letter styles. There are full block style, semi block and block style which have different look but full block style and block style look alike and you have to know which is the differences of 3 letter styles. last but not least there's requesting payment letter example in order to completing my english assigments.


       a.   Full Block Styles Letter

       Full Block Style is a letter format which all text is justified to the left margin.

        Semi Block Style is all text is aligned to the left margin, except for the author's address, date,       and closing; and (2) paragraphs are indented. The author's address, date, and closing are usually indented in same position.

  c. Block Style Letter
      Block Style is a letter (usually business letter) format where all typed content is aligned with the left margin and no indentation. A block letter typically contains specific components. These include the sender's name, address, phone, the recipient's name and address, the current date, a reference statement (usually beginning with "Re:"), the subject, and the main body.

d. Requesting Payment Letter
     If you want to request a payment from someone then writing a letter is good way. A letter for requesting payment must be written in such a way that it will still have the tact needed to maintain professionalism. A few considerations must be done in order to make your request granted promptly
